DSA remodeled this existing outdated home into a beautifully designed residence with a clean, modern feel throughout. The exterior of the home was enhanced with new roof and stone elements along the front façade, and increased deck space as well as a new pool bath in the rear, creating a larger outdoor living area. Inside, our remodel team created a new wooden element to create a formal entry, separate from the foyer. The kitchen and living area were opened up, removing the French doors that led to the outdoor space, letting more natural light into the space. A hidden bar area was added just off the kitchen in order to have a bar without taking away from the large, open feel of the kitchen. Upstairs, the master suite was enlarged, receiving a new sitting area and new, more spacious closet layout. Flooring was also replaced throughout the home.
